Trustees of Te Aroha Public Cemetery Appointed
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
PURSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby appoint the Te Aroha Borough Council to be the trustees of the Te Aroha Public Cemetery, being the area described in the Schedule hereto, and the said Council shall have the control and management of that cemetery.
The warrant, dated the 27th day of March 1945,* appointing the Te Aroha Borough Council to be the trustees of the Te Aroha Public Cemetery as constituted at that date is hereby revoked.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District containing 15 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Sections 8A and 118, Block XI, Aroha Survey District; as shown on plan marked 191/2/96 held in the office of the Department of Health, Wellington, and thereon edged red. (S.O. Plans 1967 and 41080.)
