PURSUANT to section 3 of the State Services Act 1962, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, hereby appoints

Jock Malcolm McEwen, Esquire, of Wellington,

to be a member of the State Services Commission for a term of three years commencing on the 1st day of May 1963.
