Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of the Rosebank Section of the Avondale-Pollen Island Railway in Block III, Titirangi Survey District

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 7th day of February 1952 and published in the Gazette of that year at page 200, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland as No. 13445, in so far as it affects those portions of Lots 2, 3, and 4, D.P. 399, formerly parts C.T. 89/295 (now parts C.T. 1828/64 and C.T. 1819/57), Auckland Registry, being part Allotment 5, Titirangi Parish.
Situatcd in Block III, Titirangi Survey District, City of Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of April 1963.

Land Taken for Parking in the City of Takapuna

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for parking, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Takapuna as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of April 1963.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 14'6 perches situated in Block III, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Takapuna, Auckland R.D., and being Lot 1, D.P. 900. All certificate of title, Volume 60, folio 115, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of April 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of April 1963.

All those pieces of land situated in Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, described as follows:

0 1 13'7 Part Lot 1, D.P. 37312, being part Section 74, and part Whaiti-Kuranui 2E 2 West 2B Block; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 27'3 Part Whaiti-Kuranui 2E 2 West 2B Block; coloured blue on plan.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7448 (S.O. 41512) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of April 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken in connection with street widening, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of April 1963.
