Declaring Land to be Subject to the Provisions of Part XXIV
of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Tarawera Development
Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on and from the
date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land
described in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the
provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Maketu Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of
the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described
in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions
of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said
land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 5 June 1946,
and published in the Gazette, 6 June 1946, Volume II, page
772, and registered as No. K 30374.

THE residue of the land formerly known as Maketu A Section
124 not already released, the said residue having since been
partitioned by the Court and now described as follows, the
original area having been overstated by 6'4 perches.

Releasing Land from the Provisions of Part XXIV of the
Maori Affairs Act 1953 (Maniapoto Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the
Board of Maori Affairs hereby declares that on the date of
the publication of this notice in the Gazette the land described
in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions
of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the said
land being so subject by virtue of a notice dated 13 June
1939 and published in the Gazette, 15 June 1939, Volume II,
page 1839, and registered as No. K. 20998.
