Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in Block X, Christchurch Survey District

———

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road from and after the 22nd day of April 1963.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situate in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

Being
0 0 26·9 Part Lot 2, D.P. 1389, and being part Rural Section 1677; coloured sepia on plan.
0 0 2·3 Part Lot 65, D.P. 266, and being part Rural Section 209; coloured blue on plan.

ALL those pieces of land situate in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:
