ORDER

(1) This order may be cited as the St. Mary’s Church Burial Ground (Karori) Closing Order 1963.
(2) This order shall come into force on the 1st day of April 1963. -
The St. Mary’s Church Burial Ground (Karori), being the area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be closed and burials therein discontinued from the 31st day of October 1963.

The said closed burial ground shall vest, on the 1st day of November 1963, in the Wellington Diocesan Board of Trustees incorporated under the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 as a closed burial ground for maintenance in good order as a public reserve.

ST. MARY’S CHURCH BURIAL GROUND (KARORI)
ALL that parcel of land containing 1 acre 2 roods 14·93 perches, more or less, situated in the City of Wellington, being part of Section 35 of the Karori District, and being also Lots 9 and 10 on Deposited Plan 7310, and part of Lot 1 on Deposited Plan 7120, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 574, folio 252, Wellington Registry.

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Maori and European people generally.

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Empowering (Aviation Encouragement) Act 1929, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

This order may be cited as the Auckland International Airport Order 1963.

Consent is hereby given to the establishment and maintenance of an aerodrome by the Auckland City Council on the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District comprising 1,000 acres, more or less, being part Block IX, Otahuhu Survey District, Parish of Manurewa.

Auckland Stock Exchange
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Sharebrokers Act 1908, the Governor-General in Council on 18 March 1963 approved the following amendment to the rules of the Auckland Stock Exchange.
AMENDMENT TO RULES
Rule 28 is hereby repealed and the following rule is substituted therefore:
“28. At any general meeting every member shall have one vote and all questions shall be decided by a majority of the members present and voting except in cases otherwise provided for in these rules but notwithstanding the provisions of this or any other rule where members are carrying on business in partnership no more than three partners of any one partnership shall vote at any one general meeting and if at any such meeting more than three partners of any one partnership are present and vote then the votes accepted shall be those of the three senior members of that partnership according to their respective election to the Exchange who have voted. Voting by proxy shall not be permitted.”
Rule 34 (i) is hereby amended by the deletion of the following words from the first paragraph thereof.
“Provided always that the total amount per head of all levies made in any financial year shall not exceed £80.”
