Allocating Land Taken for a Railway to the Purposes of Street at Gore
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Gore Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land allocated to street:

0 0 32·9 Being part railway land situated in Block IX, Town of East Gore. Borough of Gore. (S.O. 7057.)
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 18584 deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 11th day of April 1963.

Crown Land Declared to be a Soil Conservation Reserve in Block XIV, Tekapo Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 16 of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto to be a soil conservation reserve.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of Crown land situated in Block XIV, Tekapo Survey District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

Land Taken for River Protection Purposes in the City of Lower Hutt
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for river protection purposes, and shall vest in the Hutt River Board as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of April 1963.

ALL those pieces of land situated in the City of Lower Hutt, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day of April 1963.
