Lighting of Pedestrian Crossings
PURSUANT to regulation 100 of the Traffic Regulations 1956,* the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice that on and after the 1st day of July 1963 the controlling authority shall cause every pedestrian crossing (other than a crossing which in the opinion of the controlling authority will not generally be used at night) to be kept illuminated in terms of the said regulation.

Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway in the Borough of Onehunga
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway on and after the 16th day of April 1963.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work in Southland County and Wyndham Town District and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 as from the 16th day of April 1963.
