A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY
Part Section 95, Block VIII, Kaiteriteri Survey District, Waimea County: Area, 44 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less. As shown on the plan No. 99/17 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use or benefit of the members of the Ngati Haua subtribe.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington this 11th day of March 1963

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Tourist Hotel Corporation Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the Crown lands described in the First and Second Schedules hereto shall, as from the date hereof, cease to be administered by the Tourist Hotel Corporation of New Zealand for the purposes of the said Act, and shall be subject to the Land Act 1948.
