Declaring Land to be Crown Land
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I,
Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described
in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject
to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that land described as Kawhia M 'l Section 2A, situated
in Block IX, Kawhia North Survey District, and containing
3 acres 2 roods, more or less. (M.L. Plan 17882.)
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 30th day of March 1963.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 16th day of April 1963.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block V, Awhitu Survey
District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:
