Declaring Additional Land Taken for a Police Station in the Town of Reefton

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police station from and after the 8th day of April 1963.

Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for Police Purposes in the Borough of Greymouth

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from the Maori Trustee by Arthur John Bradshaw, of Nelson, company director, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 3436, recorded in register book, Volume 44, folio 77, Westland Land Registry, is hereby taken for police purposes from and after the 8th day of April 1963.
