Land Taken for Housing Purposes (Pensioners' Flats) in the Borough of Mount Albert
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes (pensioners' flats), and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Albert as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1963.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 rood 2.3 perches situated in Block IV, Titirangi Survey District, Borough of Mount Albert, Auckland R.D., and being part Lot 4, D.P. 19435; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 7349 (S.O. 43723) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 29th day of March 1963.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1963.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, Auckland R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6398 (S.O. 43759) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manawatu as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1963.

Leasehold Estate in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks IX and X, Waiau Survey District, Amuri County
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Gordon Owen Burbury, of Waiau, sheep farmer, under and by virtue of lease in perpetuity No. 1214, recorded in register book, Volume 196, folio 33, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of April 1963.
