title to the said stock has been lost.

Notice is hereby given that, unless within 30 days from the
date hereof there is made to the company some claim or
representation in respect of the said original certificate, a new
certificate will be issued in place thereof.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE

The Wellington City Reserves Loan 1962 of £60,000

PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
Wellington City Council hereby resolves as follows:

“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on
a loan of sixty thousand pounds (£60,000), to be known as
the Wellington City Reserves Loan 1962 of £60,000, auth-
orised to be raised by the Wellington City Council under the
above-mentioned Act for the purpose of beautifying and
developing as a park an area of Town Belt on Mount Victoria,
the Wellington City Council hereby makes a special rate of
twenty-six one-thousandths of a penny (0·026d.) in the
pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved
value) of all rateable property within the whole of the City
of Wellington; and that the said special rate shall be an
annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and
shall be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each year
during the currency of the said loan, being a period of
twenty-five (25) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the
Wellington City Council held on the 18th day of March 1963.
