Revocation of Reservation Over a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation for road purposes
over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and, further,
declares that the said land may be disposed of by the Carter-
ton Borough Council at current market value, the proceeds
from any such sale to be paid into the Council’s reserves
account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards
the improvement of other public reserves under the control
of the Council or in or towards the purchase of other land
for public reserves.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister

Reservation of Land and Vesting in the Auckland City Council

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a
reserve for recreation purposes, and, further, pursuant to
the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, vests the said reserve
in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auck-
land, in trust, for that purpose.

Minister having the administration of the Tourist and Health
Resorts Control Act 1908 of the Te Ana Domain described

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Te Aroha Borough Council
and Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors,
and Citizens of the Borough of Te Aroha and changes the
purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto from a reserve for water conservation to a reserve for
a site for a youth hostel.
