PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school from and after the 1st day of April 1963.

Declaring Land Taken, Together With and Subject to Certain Rights as to Parts and Easement Extinguished, for Buildings of the General Government in the City of Napier

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the right of free passage of light and air created in memorandum of transfer No. 63988, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, and, further, declares that all the interests in the said piece of land by way of easement of rights of way created in the said memorandum of transfer No. 63988 is hereby taken to the intent that such interests shall merge in the fee simple of the said piece of land, and declares that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with and subject to party wall rights created in memorandum of transfer No. 70574, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry, for buildings of the General Government from and after the 1st day of April 1963.
