Declaring Land to be Crown Land
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that land described as Waima E 5 situated in Block VIII, Waoku Survey District, and containing 108 acres 1 rood 33 perches, more or less.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of March 1963.

Varying a Proclamation Declaring Crown Land or State Housing Land to be Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby vary a Proclamation dated the 7th day of December 1962, and published in Gazette of the 19th day of December 1962, No. 81, page 2255, by excluding therefrom the lands described in the First Schedule hereto and substituting the lands described in the Second Schedule hereto.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block VII, Waitohu Survey District
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the railway land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon publication hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall be maintained by the National Roads Board in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of land containing 7Β·4 perches situated in Block VII, Waitohu Survey District, Wellington R.D., being part railway land; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 4064 (S.O. 25026) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of March 1963.
