of Martinborough, builder (now deceased), affecting 24
perches, more or less, situated in the City of Nelson, being
Lot 1, Deposited Plan 4978, and being part Section 31, Dis-
trict of Wakatu, and being all the land in certificate of title,
Volume 123, folio 187 (Nelson Registry), having been lodged
with me together with an application (87892) for transmis-
sion, I hereby give notice of my intention to register such
transmission without the production of the outstanding dupli-
cate of the said mortgage on the expiry of 14 days from the
date of the Gazette containing this notice.
