PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-
line restriction imposed by notice S. 244473, South Auckland
Land Registry, for a teacher’s residence from and after the
25th day of March 1963.

Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic
telephone exchange, and that the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, conven-
ience, or enjoyment of an automatic telephone exchange, and
that an easement is hereby taken for post office purposes over
the land described in the Third Schedule hereto, vesting in
Her Majesty the Queen as from the date hereinafter men-
tioned the full and free right, liberty, and licence in perpetuity
to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, inspect, repair, and main-
tain a line or lines of telephone cables under and along the
land described in the Third Schedule hereto; from and after
the 25th day of March 1963.

Automatic Telephone Exchange in Block XXIV, Waihola
Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an automatic
telephone exchange; and that an easement is hereby taken for
an automatic telephone exchange over the land described in
the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen
full and free liberty, right, licence, and authority in perpetuity
to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her
Majesty’s servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees
from time to time and at all times by day and night to go,
pass, and repass with or without horses or other domestic
animals of any kind and with or without carriages, vehicles,
motor vehicles, machinery, and implements of any kind, over
and along the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep
open the said right of way for the purpose of providing
access to the said automatic telephone exchange, such right
of way to be appurtenant to the land described in the First
Schedule hereto; and hereby also declares that this declaration
shall take effect from and after the 25th day of March 1963.
