Roads Excluded from Speed Limitation and Limited Speed Zones Declared

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. That the warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 dated the 14th day of June 1960* which relates to Cambridge Borough is hereby revoked.

  2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

  3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956†.
