MANGONUI COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Mangonui County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a public road, and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited at the County Office, Commerce Street, Kaitaia, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing and send the same, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the Council Chambers, Commerce Street, Kaitaia.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND AND TO STOP PORTIONS OF ROAD
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take for road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and the interest of the licensee under deferred payment licence (R.B. Volume 1458, folio 34) held by Eva May Fox in the land described in the Second Schedule, and also to stop the portions of road described in the Third Schedule.
A plan showing the land proposed to be taken and the portions of road to be stopped is available for public inspection at the office of the Tauranga County Council, Barke’s Corner, Cameron Road, Tauranga, during forty (40) days from the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons having well-grounded objections to any of the above-mentioned proposals are hereby called upon to set forth their objections in writing and to lodge the same in the office of the Council on or before the 17th day of April 1963.

WHANGAREI BOROUGH COUNCIL
NOTICE OF RESULT OF POLL ON LOAN PROPOSAL
PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers of the Borough of Whangarei, taken on the 27th day of February 1963, on the proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan of £60,000, to be known as the Okara Park Development Loan 1962, for the purpose of developing the stadium area of Okara Park resulted as follows:
The number of votes recorded for the proposal was 1,409
The number of votes recorded against the proposal was 1,055
The number of informal votes was 31
I therefore declare that the proposal was carried.

KAITAIA BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Review of Kaitaia Borough District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on the 13th day of February 1963, the Kaitaia Borough District Scheme as already operative is under review, and that the Council has recommended that the scheme as already operative, with the changes now proposed, be approved.
The scheme as now recommended by the Council has been deposited in the Borough Council office and the Kaitaia public library, and is there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the above places are open to the public.
Objections to the proposed changes of the district scheme, or in respect of any portion of the operative district scheme which the Council proposes to confirm without change, may be made by way of written notice in the form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked “Objections to District Scheme” and lodged with the Town Clerk at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 30th day of April 1963.
At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

LUMSDEN TOWN COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
Inviting Proposals for Lumsden Town District, District Scheme
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Lumsden Town Council, at its meeting held on the 4th day of March 1963, has resolved to prepare for the Lumsden Town District a district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person concerned and every local authority in the district, as defined by section 2 of the Act, is hereby invited to submit full information as to the proposals which, in his or its opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the scheme.
Proposals marked “Lumsden Town District, District Scheme” should be addressed to the Town Clerk and delivered at the Town Clerk’s office on or before the 23rd day of July 1963.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
District Scheme Changes Approved
PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, public notice is hereby given that changes to the district scheme, under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, of the Borough of Mount Albert, as scheduled below were approved by the Council, by resolution passed at its meeting held on the 5th day of March 1963, after all objections relating to the changes to the scheme had been disposed of and the changes to the scheme had been amended to give effect to all objections, and in respect of objections disallowed no appeals had been lodged within the time allowed.
