Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience,
or Enjoyment of a Road, and Leasehold Estates in Land
Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Blocks II and VI,
Ongo Survey District

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road, that the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road, and that the
leasehold estate in the land described in the Third Schedule
hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Robin Lethbridge
Mason, of Hunterville, farmer, under and by virtue of
renewable Crown lease, Volume 887, folio 74, Wellington
Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land described in
the Fourth Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen
by Bruce Stewart James Wilson of Hunterville, garage proprietor, under and by virtue of renewable Crown lease, Volume
644, folio 47, Wellington Land Registry, are hereby taken for
the purposes of a road from and after the 4th day of March
1963.

Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement

and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
City of Wellington from and after the 4th day of March
1963.

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for foreshore protection,
and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
Borough of Eastbourne from and after the 4th day of March
1963.
