Closely Populated Locality and Limited Speed Zone Declared

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

1. The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

2. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956.*

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Manukau County at Otara:

East Tamaki Road (from Hills Road to Prestons Road).

SECOND SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Manukau County at Otara:

East Tamaki Road (from Prestons Road to Springs Road).

Prestons Road (from East Tamaki Road to a point 24 chains measured south-westerly generally along Prestons Road from East Tamaki Road).
