PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints
Alfred Percy Lemm, and
Kenneth James Ross
to be members of the Maclennan Public Hall Board, Otago Land District, in place of August William Leslie Flugge and Andrew Anderson Glendinning, both left the district.

Revocation of Appointment of the Minister of the Crown for the Time Being Having the Administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908 to Control and Manage Part of a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Minister of the Crown for the time being having the administration of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act 1908 to control and manage part of a reserve for public health and recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto.

Revocation of Appointment of Katui Public Hall Board and Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Katui Public Hall Board as published in Gazette, 21 June 1956, Volume II, page 821, and revokes the reservation for a site for a public hall over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
