ORDER
-
(1) This order may be cited as the Blue Mountain Rabbit District Order 1962.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
The boundaries of the Blue Mountain Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 30th day of July 1934,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE BLUE MOUNTAIN RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area of land in the Marlborough Land District, Awatere County, containing approximately 84,300 acres, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the right bank of the Awatere River in line with the south-western boundary of Section 7, Block XXI, Taylor Pass Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly to and along the said boundary and its production across Upton Downs Road, and continuing along the south-western boundary of the said Section 7 to the southern corner of the said section; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of Section 7, aforesaid, and Section 3, Block XXI, aforesaid, to the northernmost corner of the land shown on D.P. 752; thence generally easterly along the southern boundaries of a public road, Sections 4 and 5, Block XXI, aforesaid, the Richmond Brook Road, Section 11, Block XXI, aforesaid, and Crown land to the left bank of Richmond Brook; thence southerly along the said left bank and the eastern boundary of the land shown on D.P. 752 and its production to the right bank of the Flaxbourne River; thence south-easterly along the aforesaid bank to the western boundary of Section 6, Block V, Cape Campbell Survey District; thence generally southerly along the eastern boundary of a public road and the right bank of the Dunsandel Creek to its intersection with the left bank of the Waima River in Block XIX, Blue Mountain Survey District; thence westerly along the said left bank to a point due north of the north-eastern corner of Section 14, Block IV, Whernside Survey District; thence due south to that point; thence south-westerly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of the said Section 14, and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the right bank of the Waima River; thence generally south-westerly along the said right bank to a point in line with the eastern boundary of part Lot 6, D.P. 346, in Block III, Whernside Survey District; thence southerly to and along that boundary and south-westerly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of the said part Lot 6 to the south-eastern corner of part Lot 7, D.P. 347; thence generally westerly along the southern boundary of the said part Lot 7 to Trig. Station Ref Whernside in Block VII, Whernside Survey District; thence generally north-westerly along the generally north-eastern boundaries of Run 209, and their production to the left bank of the Jordan River; thence north-westerly and northerly along the said left bank to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 6, Block XVI, Hodder Survey District; thence easterly to and along that boundary, north-easterly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of the said Section 6 and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to and along the north-eastern boundary of Section 5, Block XVI, aforesaid, to its northernmost point; thence due west to the right bank of the Awatere River; thence generally north-easterly along the said right bank to the point of commencement.

PURSUANT to the Rabbits Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council hereby makes the following order.
ORDER

(1) This order may be cited as the Flaxbourne Rabbit District Order 1962.
(2) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the Gazette. -
The boundaries of the Flaxbourne Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council on the 30th day of July 1934,* are hereby altered and redefined and, as from the commencement of this order, the boundaries of the said district shall be those specified in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
BOUNDARIES OF THE FLAXBOURNE RABBIT DISTRICT
ALL that area of land in the Marlborough Land District, Awatere County, containing approximately 110,150 acres, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the right bank of the Awatere River in line with the south-western boundary of Section 7, Block XXI, Taylor Pass Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly to and along the said boundary and its production across Upton Downs Road, and continuing along the south-western boundary of the said Section 7 to the southern corner of the said section; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of Section 7, aforesaid, and Section 3, Block XXI, aforesaid, to the northernmost corner of the land shown on D.P. 752; thence generally easterly along the southern boundaries of a public road, Sections 4 and 5, Block XXI, aforesaid, the Richmond Brook Road, Section 11, Block XXI, aforesaid, and Crown land to the left bank of Richmond Brook; thence southerly along the said left bank and the eastern boundary of the land shown on D.P. 752 and its production to the right bank of the Flaxbourne River; thence south-easterly along the aforesaid bank to the western boundary of Section 6, Block V, Cape Campbell Survey District; thence generally southerly along the eastern boundary of a public road and the right bank of the Dunsandel Creek to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of part Section 1, Block VIII, Cape Campbell Survey District; thence north-easterly to and along the said south-eastern boundary to Trig. Station Housstop; thence easterly and south-easterly along the northern and north-eastern boundaries of part Section 1, Block X, Cape Campbell Survey District, to the southernmost corner of part Section 2, Block X, aforesaid; thence easterly along a right line between the said southern corner of part Section 2 and Trig. Station Single Hill to its intersection with the western boundary of part Section 1, Block XI, Cape Campbell Survey District; thence southerly along the said western boundary and its production across a public road; thence easterly along the southern side of the said road to the sea coast; thence generally north-easterly and north-westerly along the sea coast to the right bank of the Awatere River; thence generally south-westerly along the said right bank to the point of commencement.

The Northern Side of Portion of Beach Road in the Borough of Northcote Exempted from the Provisions of Section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, Subject to a Condition as to the Building Line

At the Government House at Wellington this 19th day of December 1962

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby approves of the resolution passed by the Northcote Borough Council on the 14th day of August 1962 and set out in the First Schedule hereto, in so far as it affects the side and portion of street described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on a subdivision of the said land within a distance of 25 ft of the centre line of the said portion of street.
FIRST SCHEDULE
THE Northcote Borough Council being the local authority having control of the roads in the Borough of Northcote, by resolution declares that the provisions of section 128 of the Public Works Act 1928 shall not apply to the northern side of the portion of Beach Road, adjoining part Lots 41 and 42, being part Allotment 30, Parish of Takapuna, and comprised in certificates of title 116/71 and 295/190.
SECOND SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
THE northern side of that portion of Beach Road in the Borough of Northcote fronting those parts of Lots 41 and 42 of a subdivision of Allotment 30, Parish of Takapuna.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6815 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
