EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of the outstanding duplicates of (a) certificate of title, Volume 372, folio 13 (Otago Registry), for 23·96 perches, more or less, being Lot 30, D.P. 7143, Ocean Beach District, and (b) memoranda of lease 10499 and 10500 for 25·64 perches, more or less, being Allotments 5 and 6, D.P. 7944, Town of Dunedin, entered in Register Book, Volume 372, folio 78 (Otago Registry), whereof New Zealand National Airways Corporation is the registered proprietor and lessee respectively, and application (253682) having been made to me to issue a new certificate of title and two provisional leases in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such new certificate of title and provisional leases on the expiry of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
