A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 roods 14 perches situated in Block V, Grasmere Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Reserve 426 and part bed of Craigieburn River; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6836 (S.O. 9974) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of December 1962.
