Change of the Borough of Mount Albert District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Council made on the 11th day of December 1962, the Council has recommended that the operative district scheme be changed in respect of the matters listed in the Schedule hereto.

The changes of the district scheme, as now recommended by the Council, have been deposited in the Council offices, 615 New North Road, Mount Albert, and are there open for inspection by all persons interested therein, without fee, at any time when the offices are open to the public.

Objection to the proposed changes of the district scheme may be made by way of written notice in form E prescribed in the First Schedule to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 1960, or to the like effect marked “Objection to Scheme Change” and lodged at the office of the Council at any time not later than the 8th day of February 1963. An appropriate form for use of objectors is available from the Council offices.

At a later date every objection will be open for public inspection. Any person who wishes to support or oppose any objection will then be entitled to be heard at the hearing of objections if he notifies the Town Clerk in writing within a period of which public notice will be given.

Public Notification of Change of One Tree Hill District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the One Tree Hill Borough Council, a change of the One Tree Hill District Scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953. The change relates to the areas and matters set forth in the Schedule to this notice. A plan showing the change of the scheme has been deposited in the offices of—

The District Land Registrar, Auckland,

The Auckland Regional Planning Authority, 26 Princes Street, Auckland, and

The One Tree Hill Borough Council, 272 Manukau Road, Auckland S.E. 3,

in accordance with section 22 (i) of this Act, and is there open to inspection without fee to all persons interested therein at any time when the above places are open to the public.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a resolution of the Franklin County Council made on the 19th day of December 1960, a district scheme has been recommended for approval under the Town and Country Planning Act 1953.
