Change of the Purpose of a Reserve and Vesting in the East
Coast Bays Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for public purposes to
a reserve for esplanade purposes and, further, vests the said
reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough
of East Coast Bays, in trust, for esplanade purposes.

William Corbett Scenic Reserve
