Revocation of the Reservation Over Reserves

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation over the lands
described in the Schedule hereto as reserves for the purposes
specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the
said lands.

SECTION 11, Town of Lyell: Area, 24 perches, more or less
(public utility).

Change of the Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Vesting in the
Franklin County Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve
described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a site for
a school to a reserve for recreation purposes and, further,
vests the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabi-
tants of the County of Franklin, in trust, for recreation
purposes.

Scenic Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for Sounds foreshore
purposes to a reserve for scenic purposes, and, further,
declares the said reserve to form part of the Miritu (Bay of
Many Coves) Scenic Reserve to be administered as a scenic
reserve by the Ship Cove and Queen Charlotte Sound Reserve
Board.

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve to Recreation Purposes
and Addition of the Reserve to the Haldane Domain

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve described
in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for a site for a public
hall to a reserve for recreation purposes and, further, declares
the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions
of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Haldane
Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain
Board.

form part of the Nydia Bay Scenic Reserve to be administered
as a scenic reserve by the Pelorus and Kenepuru Sounds
Reserves Board.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Wallace County Council,
Change of the Purpose of a Reserve, and Appointment of
the Southland Acclimatisation Society to Control and
Manage a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Chairman, Coun-
cillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wallace and changes
the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto
from a gravel reserve to a reserve for the preservation of
flora and fauna and, further, appoints the Southland Acclima-
tisation Society to control and manage the said reserve.
