Land Taken for Street and for the Use, Convenience, or
Enjoyment of a Street in the Borough of Whangarei
BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir
Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described
in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street, and
that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a
street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens
of the Borough of Whangarei as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 17th day of December 1962.
FIRST SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Whangarei
Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D.,
described as follows:

No. 1 Block; coloured blue on plan.
0 1 7·4 Part Lot 18, D.P. 10170, being part Raumanga

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block IX, Whangarei
Survey District, Borough of Whangarei, Auckland R.D.,
described as follows:
