Crown Land or State Housing Land Set Apart for the Purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935

BERNARD FERGUSSON, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 2 of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948 and the State housing land within the meaning of the Housing Act 1955, described in the Schedules hereto, are hereby set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:

0 0 23·5 Formerly being stopped Government road adjoining or passing through railway land in Proclamation No. 3311.

Situated in Block I, Maramarua Survey District, Franklin County, and shown coloured green on plan S.O. 43177 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of December 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Brigadier Sir Bernard Edward Fergusson, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 10th day of December 1962.
