PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby
sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve
for recreation purposes and, further, pursuant to the Reserves
and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a
public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the
last-mentioned Act, to form part of the Clifden Domain to
be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Licensing the Whangarei Borough Council to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore and Bed of the Sea at Onerahi, Whangarei, as a Site for a Boat Launching Ramp

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine
hereby licenses and permits the Whangarei Borough Council
(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its
successors or assigns unless the context requires a different
construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and
bed of the sea at Onerahi, Whangarei, as shown on plan
marked M.D. 11409 and deposited in the office of the Marine

Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and
maintaining a boat launching ramp thereon, as shown on the
said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee
upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
2. The annual sum payable by the licensee shall be 1s.
   payable on demand.
3. The term of this licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of December 1962.
