Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land, Subject as to Parts to Certain Rights

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be deemed to have been Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 14th day of September 1962, subject to the building line restriction contained in K. 77336, and subject to the fencing covenant contained in memorandum of transfer No. 683801, and subject as to Lots 114, 115, and 116 to the reservations imposed by section 8, Coal Mines Amendment Act 1950, Auckland Land Registry.
