A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric
Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the
First Schedule here to; and hereby proclaim and declare that
the land described in the Second Schedule here to, held by
G. J. Williams (Ikamatua) Ltd., a company duly incorporated
under the Companies Act 1955, under and by virtue of the
occupation licence recorded in Register Book, Volume 95,
folio 5, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby resumed for the
purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XI, Mawheraiti
