Crown Land Set Apart for a Public School, in Block XIV, Paeroa Survey District

H. E. BARROWCLOUGH, Administrator of the Government

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of November 1962.


SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 4 acres 1 rood 25 perches, being Section 27, Block XIV, Paeroa Survey District, as shown on a plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. S.O. 37852.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of November 1962.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of November 1962.


SCHEDULE

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 2 roods 31 perches situated in Block X, Ngatimaru Survey District, Taranaki R.D., and being Section 72 (formerly part Sections 37, 38, 57, and 62); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6601 (S.O. 9296) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of November 1962.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for irrigation purposes (raceman’s cottage); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of November 1962.


SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 36 perches situated in Block IX, Town of Kurow, Otago R.D., being Lot 1, D.P. 9623, being also part Section 11.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of November 1962.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 19th day of November 1962.


SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 8 acres 3 roods 8 perches situated in the Borough of Ashburton, Canterbury R.D., and being part Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 988, being part Rural Section 5800; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6587 (S.O. 10058) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 8th day of November 1962.
