Basis of Computing Charges
On Wanganui milage, plus 2 miles.
On Wanganui milage, plus 4 miles.

Consignment in wagon lots (subject to a minimum of 30 cwt as for a private siding) will be accepted for transit to and from the public siding at Castlecliff. Freight charges will be computed on Wanganui milage, plus 4 miles.

12. Port Traffic, Wellington

Tallying wool and skins in bales at harbour board sheds or at ships, per bale s. d.

harbour board sheds or at ships, per ton weight or measurement at the option of the

(This charge when applied to tobacco leaf will be computed on measurement.)

13. Private Sidings at Kaiwharawhara

The following charges will be made for the haulage of wool, sheepskins, hemp, and tow between Wellington and Levin and Co.’s Ltd. private siding at Kaiwharawhara:

14. Loading Charges for Motor Vehicles at Petone

All motor vehicles consigned from Petone by the under-mentioned firms are to be charged 10s. per vehicle to cover the cost of loading (by crane or by driving on) and labour for sheeting and roping, irrespective of which of these services are actually performed:

15. Haulage Charges: Ahuriri-Napier Port Line

16. Milage—Except as otherwise provided, the charges for goods or livestock conveyed to or from Napier Port from or to Napier and stations beyond will be computed on Ahuriri milage plus 2 miles.

17. Local Traffic—Local traffic hauled between the following points will be charged under the provisions of regulation 97, paragraph 3, General Scale of Charges:

Ahuriri and Napier Port.
Napier Port and private sidings between Ahuriri and Napier Port.
Ahuriri and private sidings between Ahuriri and Napier Port.
