No. 70

Notice Approving Treatment Stations and Associations or Organisations for the Milk Marketing Order 1962

(1) PURSUANT to the Milk Marketing Order 1962, the New Zealand Milk Board hereby gives notice that it has for the purpose of that Order approved the associations or organisations of milk producers and the milk treatment stations specified in the Schedule hereto as approved associations or organisations and treatment stations respectively for the appropriate milk marketing districts named in the Schedule.

(2) The notice approving treatment stations and approved associations or organisations for the Milk Marketing Order 1955, which appeared in the Gazette on 18 August 1960, page 1244, is hereby revoked.
