Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land for the purposes of the Land Act 1948 as from the 12th day of November 1962, subject as to Lots 598, 599, and 600, D.P. 22117, and Lots 537, 545, 581, 593 to 597 (inclusive), 613, and 617, D.P. 22118, to a building-line restriction imposed by notice No. 523569, Canterbury Land Registry, and subject as to Lot 545, D.P. 22118, to Proclamation No. 327851, Canterbury Land Registry, defining the middle line of a transmission line.
