Change of the Name of Harington Point Domain and Appointment of Member of Board

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the public domain described in the Schedule hereto and known as the Harington Point Domain shall hereafter be known as the Te Rauone Beach Domain and, further, appoints John Charles Notman to be a member of the Board, in place of William Jackson Lang, left the district.

Revocation of Appointment of the Stratford Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated and Appointment of the South Taranaki Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to Control and Manage a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Stratford Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated as published in Gazette, 21 May 1959, Vol. II, page 648, and appoints the South Taranaki Free Kindergarten Association Incorporated to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, subject to the provisions of the said Act, as a kindergarten site.
