Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General
the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the
Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for an automatic telephone exchange;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 5th day of November 1962.

the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Pro-
clamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of

able lease, Volume 344, folio 31, Auckland Land Registry,
is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also declare
