Part Domain Land in the Borough of Mount Roskill Taken for the Purposes of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Avondale-Onehunga-Southdown Railway.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken:
A. R. P. Being
1 0 2·6 Part Mount Roskill Domain, being Lot 53, D.P. 21428, being part Allotment 4, Section 13, Suburbs of Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 18th day of October 1962.

Crown Land Set Apart for Road in Block III, Piopiotea Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of November 1962.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of Crown land containing 2 acres 1 rood 15·8 perches situated in Block III, Piopiotea Survey District, Auckland R.D., being part Section 4; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 5713 (S.O. 40784) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of October 1962.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of November 1962.

ALL that piece of Crown land containing 32·7 perches situated in Block VIII, Patetere South Survey District, being Lot 8, D.P. S. 5424, being part Tokoroa No. 1 Block.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 5th day of November 1962.
SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 28·2 perches situated in Block VII, Patoka Survey District, Hawke’s Bay R.D., and being Block 141, Patoka Crown Grant District (formerly part closed road in Proclamation 169506); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 1935 (S.O. 3267) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of October 1962.
