PURSUANT to section 38 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956, notice is hereby given that a poll of the ratepayers
of the Little River and Kinloch Ridings of the County of
Wairewa, taken on the 13th day of October 1962, on the
proposal of the above-named local authority to raise a loan
of £17,750 to be known as the Little River Water Supply
Loan 1962, £17,750, for the purpose of constructing water
works within the Little River Water Supply Area resulted
as follows:

WHANGAREI BOROUGH COUNCIL

WHANGAREI DISTRICT PLANNING SCHEME
———
PURSUANT to section 22 (1) of the Town and Country
Planning Act 1953, the Whangarei Borough Council hereby
gives notice that it proposes to vary the Whangarei District
Planning Scheme No. 2 by deleting therefrom the building-
line requirement in respect to the southerly side of Dent
Street, between James Street and Rathbone Street, as required
by ordinance 16 (1) and Appendix “G” thereto.
The proposed variation may be inspected during ordinary
office hours at the office of the Council, Municipal Building,
Bank Street, and at the Public Library, Rust Avenue,
Whangarei.
Objections to the proposed variation must be made in
writing and lodged at the office of the Council at any time
not later than 30 January 1963.

evening of each week, and notices for insertion must be
received by the Government Printer before 12 o’clock of the
day preceding publication.
Advertisements are charged at the rate of 9d. per line for
the first insertion and 6d. per line for the second and any
subsequent insertions.
The number of insertions required must be written across
the face of the advertisement.
All advertisements should be written on one side of the
paper, and signatures, etc., should be written in a legible hand.
STATUTORY REGULATIONS
Under the Regulations Act 1936, statutory regulations of
general legislative force are no longer published in the New
Zealand Gazette, but are supplied under any one or more of
the following arrangements:
(1) All regulations serially as issued (punched for filing)
subscription £2 per calendar year in advance.
(2) Annual volume (including index) bound in buckram,
35s. per volume. (Volumes for years 1936–37 and
1939–42 are out of print.)
(3) Separate regulations as issued.
