of Companies on the 5th day of October 1962. The said
Minute is in the words and figures following:

“The amount of the share capital of Maling and Co. Ltd.
as altered by order of the Supreme Court confirming the
reduction of the share capital of the company is £25,000
divided into 50,000 ordinary shares of 10s. each, and that
at the date of the registration of this minute the amount
of 10s. is deemed to be paid up on each such share.”

NAPIER CITY COUNCIL

NOTICE is hereby given that the Town and Country Planning
Appeal Board has consented to a specified departure from
the provisions of the Hawke's Bay County (Heretaunga
Plains) Extra Urban Planning Scheme No. 1.
The specified departures for which consent has been given
consist of:

  1. (a) The subdivision of the land described in the First
    Schedule hereto so as to produce exterior sites having an area
    of not less than 20 perches and a frontage of not less than
    50 ft and rear sites having an area of not less than 30 perches
    exclusive of access and a frontage of not less than 12 ft.
    (b) The erection of buildings on a corner site within 25 ft,
    but not within 15 ft of one of the streets.
    (c) The erection of buildings within 15 ft, but not within
    8 ft of one side boundary and within 15 ft, but not within 5 ft
    of the other side boundary.
    (d) The erection of buildings on 45 per cent in lieu of 25
    per cent of the total area of the site.
  2. The subdivision of the land described in the Second
    Schedule hereto so as to produce exterior sites having an
    area of not less than 8 perches and a frontage of not less
    than 24 ft.

FIRST SCHEDULE

ALL that area containing approximately 85 acres 3 roods 0
perches, more or less, being Lot 14 on D.P. 7225, part Lot 23
on Deeds Plan 133, part Block 47, Puketapu Crown Grant
District, and part Lot 1 on D.P. 4206, part Ahuriri Lagoon,
as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
attached hereto, and thereon edged blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

ALL that area containing 0 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or
less, being part Lot 23 on Deeds Plan 133, part Block 47,
Puketapu Crown Grant District, and part Lot 1 on D.P. 4206,
part Ahuriri Lagoon, as the same is more particularly deline-
ated on the plan attached hereto, and thereon edged red.

PAHIATUA BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Departure from Operative District Scheme

PUBLIC notice is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of
the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 and its amend-
ments and of the regulations made thereunder, that the Town
and Country Planning Appeal Board, by order dated 19 Sep-
tember 1962, gave consent to a specified departure from the
operative district scheme of the Borough of Pahiatua to the
extent indicated hereunder:

By permitting a specific departure from the provision of the
Pahiatua Borough Council's operative district scheme by auth-
orising the minimum area in the proposed subdivision of the
land comprised and described as Lot 75 on Deposited Plan
No. 301, being part of Section 21 of Block VIII, Mangahao
Survey District, certificate of title, Volume 357, folio 218,
Wellington Registry, be reduced to 16·49 perches for the
conditional use on a residential area for the purpose of a
church.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953

Variations to Section 1 of the Palmerston North District
Scheme Approved

PURSUANT to the Town and Country Planning Regulations
1960, public notice is hereby given that the variations shown
on T.P.V. 5 to section 1 of the district scheme, under the
Town and Country Planning Act 1953, was approved by the
Council by resolution passed at its meeting held on the
10th day of October 1962.

The Council has also resolved that the amendments shall
come into operation on the 22nd day of October 1962.
Copies of the scheme as amended have been deposited in
the Council's office and in every public library in the district,
and may be inspected, without fee, by any person who so
requires at any time when these places are open to the
public.
