A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric
Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New
Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 10·9 perches situated in
the City of Christchurch, Canterbury R.D., and being part
Lots 12 and 13, D.P. 273, being part Rural Section 231; as
the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
M.O.W. 6341 (S.O. 10011) deposited in the office of the
Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New
Zealand, this 9th day of October 1962.

Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the

District, Canterbury R.D., described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan

situated in Block IV, Kaitangata Survey District, Otago R.D.,
being part Section 19; as the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 6342 (S.O. 13187)
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured yellow.

and thereon coloured sepia.
