NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of members of the above company will be held at the registered office of the company, 152 Hereford Street, Christchurch, on Thursday, 25 October 1962, at 10 a.m.

Business:
To receive and consider the report of the liquidator and the statement of receipts and payments from date of liquidation on 28 May 1962 to close of winding-up on 25 October 1962. To consider and, if thought fit, pass the following extraordinary resolution:
“Resolved that the liquidator hand all books and documents of the company to the Lake Ida Winter Sports Association (Incorporated).”
Any member of the company entitled to attend and vote may appoint another person or persons as his proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the company. Proxies must be deposited at the registered office of the company not later than 48 hours before the time of the meeting.
