PURSUANT to section 269 of the Companies Act 1955, notice
is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting
of the company held on the 23rd day of August 1962, the
following special resolution was passed:
"That the company having sold its business and being
unable by reason of its debts to continue in business, enter
into a creditors voluntary winding up."
