Appointment of Customs Examining Places in New Zealand
Pursuant to section 20 of the Customs Act 1913, and to powers delegated to him by the Minister of Customs under section 11 of that Act, the Comptroller of Customs hereby appoints the premises in this First Schedule hereto to be a place for the examination by the Customs of goods subject to the control of Customs, and hereby revokes the appointment of the place described in the Second Schedule hereto as an examining place for the purpose of that Act.

Appointment of Wharves in New Zealand
Pursuant to section 19 of the Customs Act 1913, and to powers delegated to him by the Minister of Customs under section 11 of that Act, the Comptroller of Customs hereby appoints the places described in the First Schedule hereto to be wharves for the lading and unlading of goods, and hereby revokes the appointment of the place described in the Second Schedule hereto as a wharf for the purposes of that Act.

The wharves known as the Island Harbour and the Old Wharves at Bluff.

Appointment of Sittings of Court of Appeal
We, the undersigned, Judges of the Court of Appeal, hereby appoint sittings of the Court of Appeal of New Zealand to be held in the Court of Appeal in the City of Wellington at 10 a.m. on the following days:

Removing Maori Wardens from Office Under the Maori Social and Economic Advancement Act 1945
Pursuant to section 11 (2) of the Maori Social and Economic Advancement Act 1945, the Minister of Maori Affairs hereby removes from office the Maori warden named in the First Schedule hereto who has resigned his office and the Maori warden named in the Second Schedule hereto who is now deceased.

Limited Speed Zone Declared
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1949, the Minister of Transport hereby gives notice as follows:

That the Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 21st day of September 1951,* which relates to Maraeroa Road, formerly known as the Maraeroa Main Highway No. 324, and Mamaku Street, at Mamaku, in Rotorua County, is hereby revoked.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 36 of the Transport Act 1949.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of the Traffic Regulations 1956†.

Mamaku Street (from a point 18 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said street from Maraeroa Road to a point 5 chains measured south-easterly generally along Mamaku Street from the said road).

SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Rotorua County at Mamaku—
Maraeroa Road (from a point 1 chain measured north-westerly generally along the said road from Umuroa Street to a point 25 chains measured northerly generally along Maraeroa Road from Clinkard Road).
