said; thence south-westerly and easterly along the north-
western and southern boundaries of Section 27, aforesaid,
and the production of the last-mentioned boundary to the

easterly along the southern boundary of Section 2, aforesaid,
and its production to the middle of the Taieri River; thence
generally south-westerly down the middle of that river to
a point in line with the middle of the road forming the
southern boundary of Section 8, Block V, Strath Taieri
Survey District; thence westerly to and along the middle of
that road and its production to the middle of the Otago
Central Railway; thence generally north-easterly along the
middle of that railway to a point in line with the northern
boundary of Section 22, Block II, Strath Taieri Survey
District; thence easterly to and along that boundary and
its production to the middle of State Highway No. 87;
thence generally north-easterly along the middle of that
highway to a point in line with the southern boundary of

BOUNDARIES OF PUKERANGI EXTENSION WARD

All that area in the Otago Land District, Taieri County,
containing 37,000 acres, more or less, bounded by a line
commencing at a point in the middle of the Taieri River
in line with the middle of Deep Stream and proceeding
generally westerly to and along the middle of Deep Stream
to a point in line with the western boundary of Block VII,
Sutton Survey District; thence northerly to and along that
block boundary and its production to the south-western
corner of Section 1, Block XIV, Sutton Survey District;
thence south-easterly and northerly along the south-western
and eastern boundaries of that section and the production of
the last-mentioned boundary to the south-eastern boundary
of Section 2, Block VI, Sutton Survey District; thence
generally easterly along the southern boundary of Section 2,
aforesaid, to the south-western corner of Section 1, Block III,
Sutton Survey District; thence south-easterly and easterly
along the south-western and southern boundaries of Section 1,
aforesaid, to the western boundary of Run 79A, Sutton Survey
District; thence southerly and generally north-easterly along
the western and south-eastern boundaries of Run 79A to the
western boundary of Run 79D; thence generally southerly
and north-easterly along the western and south-eastern

Fixing the Number of Members to be Elected for Each Ward
of the Strath Taieri Rabbit District (Notice No. Ag. 7441).

PURSUANT to section 25A of the Rabbits Act 1955, the Strath
Taieri Rabbit Board hereby declares that the number of
members to be elected for each ward of the Strath Taieri
Rabbit District, which was constituted by Order in Council
on the 10th day of August 1949,* shall be the number
specified in the Schedule hereto opposite the name of the
ward.
