DECLARATION BY AN ASSISTANT REGISTRAR DISSOLVING A SOCIETY

I, Keith Outram Baines, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the Invercargill Orchestral Society Incorporated is no longer carrying on operations, the aforesaid society is dissolved as from the date of this declaration in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.
