LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES

EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate of memorandum of mortgage 234637, affecting Lot 1, Plan 15875, being part Allotment 104, Parish of Waiuku East, all the land in certificate of title, Volume 406, folio 124, Auckland Registry, wherein Thomas Arthur Klipsch, of Inglewood, farmer, is the mortgagor and Ernest Hope Crush, of Patumahoe, retired, is the mortgagee, having been lodged with me, together with an application (K 104818) to register a transfer and release of mortgage 234637 and to dispense with production of the said mortgage, notice is hereby given of my intention to register such transfer and release of mortgage 234637 and to dispense with production thereof on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
